Conclusion Chapter III
Help your students understand the difference between active and passive learning. Encourage your students to complete the free Passive vs. Active Learning Profile offered free here. Let your students brainstorm things they can do to become active learners. Allow your students to brainstorm things you can do to help them become active learners. Integrate active learning activities into the classroom such as acting, small group work and hands on activities. Incorporate fun learning stations in the classroom, so that the students can move around and process with other peers in smaller groups. Encourage students to preview new topics by watching YouTube clips or doing internet searches so that they come to class with some prior knowledge. Give students assignment options so that they can make a choice on how they would like to demonstrate their mastery of the content. Make sure the different options tap into different learning modalities. Consider the 12 ways of learning and teach in a multisensory fashion. Break the class into groups where they take opposing positions on a topic. Allow one student from each group to facilitate the discussion. The teacher can act as the judge and can dole out points for good arguments, creative content and clever presentations.

Conclusion
We believe that assessment is to find out what students already know and can do rather than what they do not know and cannot do. However, at the present time, assessment (test in particular) is often conducted to find out the students weaknesses, which damages the students motivation and confidence in language learning.
Assessment and evaluation are essential components of teaching and learning in English language arts. Without an effective evaluation program it is impossible to know whether students have learned, whether teaching has been effective, or how best to address student learning needs. The quality of the assessment and evaluation in the educational process has a profound and well-established link to student performance. Research consistently shows that regular monitoring and feedback are essential to improving student learning. What is assessed and evaluated, how it is assessed and evaluated, and how results are communicated results send clear messages to students and others about what is really valuedwhat is worth learning, how it should be learned, what elements of quality are most important, and how well students are expected to perform. Although the terms assessment and evaluation are often used interchangeably, in actuality they are two parts of the same process. Assessment is the process of gathering evidence of what the child can do. Evaluation is the process that follows this collection of data, including analysis and reflection, as well as decisions based on the data. The assessment and evaluation of literacy needs from the learners perspective is an important part of an instructional program. Although they may say they just want to learn English, they frequently have very specific learning goals and needs; for example, to be able to read to their children, speak with their childrens teachers, or to get a job. If their needs are not met, they are more likely to drop out than to voice their dissatisfaction. Therefore, using informal, self-assessment tools to gauge learner needs and goals is important. Also important, of course, is using formal assessment tools to gauge learner progress.
As I have come to the conclusion, pupils of primary schools must be taught by effective ways of teaching speaking teacher should be:
· friendly
· give explanations and instructions clearly
· as a parent
· feel self-confidence
· intelligent.

All in all, the information above it is likely to say that teaching speaking is very hard job. So, in order to reach the success teacher should be flexible, smart and creative. Interactive methods, interesting games and new technologies can help teachers in the way of developing students speaking abilities.
