Dear students of Art and Music Department!

We know that you are learning English well. We think you want to know it better and we hope this course will be helpful for you. This course is sure to improve your English and will help you to learn very many interesting things. We want to teach you to speak, to write, to read easily in English. You have a lot of chances to learn English in our short time courses during the winter recess. And we, also want you to be knowledgeable on music.

This manual is intended for the freshmen and all English learners of Art and Music faculty. The manual has been written in order to meet the demands for a good manual which is sure to develop speech skills of the learners of the elementary and intermediate level.

About Myself

My name is Murod. My name second surname is Tojiboyev. I was born on June 25.1958 in Andizhan. I am Uzbek. My father’s name is Qobiljon. He is 50 years old. He is a farmer. My mother’s name is Mokhirahon. She is 50 years old. She is a physician. My mother works at a hospital. I went to school number (No)24 in 1966 and finished it in 1975. from 1975 to 1980 I studied at the National Economy Institute. Having graduated from the Institute I got an economists diploma. Since then I have been working as the chief economist on a collective farm. I’m married. (single) I have wife and two children. My wife is a nurse by profession. She is 32 years old. My elder son is a schoolboy. He is in form 6. my hobby is football (chess, fiction and sheep breeding).
