Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

In spite of the fact that houses are stated as a perfect type of accommodation by some, others believe that dwelling in a flat has more positives. From my point of view, the benefits of living in a house may preponderate its possible drawbacks.

Acknowledging some negatives of houses, a primary one which is really noticeable is that the overwhelming majority of them have a tendency to possess an unsavory safety system, particularly single-family detached home and farmhouses, as usually they are far and isolated from a residential area. Furthermore, houses may often be found only in inner city or other suburban places due to shortage of land in the city center. That’s why using all the city facilities is not easy to people who inhabit in them as residents of a block of flats in the heart of the city.

When it comes to positives of living in a house, it is possible to count on them long. First of all, a house no matter how its location and appearance are is more convenient to bring up children since there is available many spacious and cozy rooms unlikely an apartment. The second point is that in a private house no one will disturb or be against you if you want to renovate, paint the walls or change something. As a consequence, you can feel true freedom. Another advantage is that even there is a chance to create a garden which provides fresh air and relaxing environment. Meanwhile, inhabitants of an apartment can only dream about it.

In conclusion, to my mind, life in a house is better in various ways and offers much more advantages, although the location or security of houses is not perfect as a flat.
