• Typification is the development and selection of solutions that are the best technical and economic aspects of reusable buildings and individual structures. This allows you to reduce the cost of construction. In turn, the typification is carried out by unification, in which the different types of details of many types are reduced to a certain number of types, to the same shape and size. In this case, not only the dimensions of details and structures, but also their basic properties are unified. (e.g. load-bearing capacity of roofing or roofs, thermal and sound insulation properties).
• All buildings are divided into 3 main groups according to purpose: civil buildings, industrial and agricultural buildings.
• F u k a r o b i n o l a r i is designed to serve the domestic and socio-cultural needs of people. They are further subdivided into residential and public buildings.

. Industrial buildings serve them to carry out production processes in various industries. They are divided into production, auxiliary, energy and warehousing. Large dimensions are typical for industrial buildings, because the production shop, which is their structural element, has mainly large width, length and height, as well as large windows. In addition, the external construction of industrial buildings is always characterized by the presence of special technological devices (ventilation ducts, ie ventilation devices, ducts, etc.).
