Durability is divided into 3 groups:

Buildings with a service life of more than 100 years;

Buildings with a service life of 50-100 years

Buildings with a service life of 25 to 50 years.

The fire resistance of the building is divided into 3 groups based on the degree of combustion and the fire resistance of the main structures:

Non-combustible;

Clothing flammable;

Flammable.

The degree of fire resistance depends on its design and is divided into V levels:

- first and second degree fire-resistant buildings include stone buildings with non-combustible partitions and curtains;

the third level then includes buildings with flammable ceilings and curtains;

the fifth level includes wooden houses.

The above-ground and underground parts of residential buildings consist of the main structural elements of the building, namely foundations, walls, floor coverings, separate supports, roofs, windows, doors, stairs and internal barrier walls (Figure 1). . The structural elements below the floor level of the first floor - the foundation, the basement, the basement walls for technical purposes - are the underground part of the building. The structural elements, located above the floor level of the first floor, form the ground part of the building.
