In the 21 of century women are becoming more popular in a business field. Their numbers are rising day by day. Also they are doing the best themselves trying to be at the top. Especially in the social media they are creating their own brands and promoting them. Technology is improving so marketing is also getting best. There some discussion about women role in a business is no longer ,I absolutely disagree with this opinion .Even from the past , women were business ladies they produced some products at home, they were creator of products such as in the Asia countries they are knitted national carpets and their husbands sold them at the shops or bazaar and they exported to another countries. Women’s work can be stop for sometimes because they get a birth but after one or two years they recovered themselves and set up their business again in order to continue their works but some women don’t stop run their business even during educating their children. In our country many companies , business centers, restaurants and even government companies run by women. A lot of woman tolerant to any problems so they always have issues to them.
