Introduction
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN RESOLUTION ON THE PARAMETERS OF THE STATE ORDER OF ADMISSION TO HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN IN THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR
Further expansion of the coverage of youth with higher education, strengthening healthy competition among higher education institutions, the organization of admission of applicants to higher education institutions in quarantine conditions and the organization of entrance examinations at the required level, as well as 2017 - 2021- In order to implement the tasks set out in the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the following years:
1. To establish the order according to which the state order on training on the basis of the state grant from the date of acceptance of the 2021/2022 academic year the foreign higher education organizations operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan and their branches (further - branches) and non-governmental higher education institutions. In this:
The state order for training in branches and non-governmental higher education institutions on the basis of state grants is formed based on the needs of ministries, departments and local authorities (hereinafter - the customer) for higher education;
tripartite (applicant - customer - higher educational organization) a contract is concluded;
If the entrant with the highest score in the entrance exams to the branch or non-governmental higher education institution does not sign a contract with the customer, the right to enter into a contract is given to the next entrant in terms of the number of points accumulated;
the tuition expenses of the students admitted on the basis of the state order are covered by the personnel clients at the expense of the means provided for these purposes in parameters of the State budget.
The Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction (Norkulov) together with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education (Toshkulov), the Ministry of Finance (Ishmetov) and the Ministry of Justice (Davletov) within two months to open branches and NGOs approve the order of formation of order parameters.
2. State order parameters for the 2021/2022 academic year:
a) for bachelors:
full-time education - 113,530 people in accordance with Annex 1;
