On behalf of our entire chapter, please accept my thanks for your support over the past year. I sincerely hope that you found our luncheons and associated activities beneficial to you and your organization. A quick recap of our 2015-2016 year included:

8 luncheons and Scholarship Dinner at Bellecourt place with outstanding speakers from military, industry, and academia

Golf tournament in which we raised money for STEM scholarships and grants

Scholarship dinner in which we gave away more than $40K in scholarships and $5K in grants to outstanding recipients

Highly attended AFCEA Mid-America Cyberspace Symposium at the Regency Conference Center
This past year we saw some decline in our table sponsorship. We understand the current pressures on the contracting community and hope that you will consider us a priority. We have re-evaluated the costs of our table sponsorships and we are excited to offer our valued industry partners lower rates this year. Therefore, it is once again time to solicit continued support from sponsors to share another year with us as a part of our Corporate Sponsorship Program. Our ability to host the monthly luncheons in the current manner relies solely on the generous donations made by our corporate sponsors.
Our corporate sponsorship year begins in September and runs through May of the following year. During the 2016-2017 year, we will host seven (7) luncheons including our May Scholarship Dinner. (We take June, July and August off). Once again, we have full tables (8-person), half-tables (4-person) and for small businesses, quarter table (2-person) arrangements available. Based on fewer luncheons and current financial health of the chapter, we are able to offer lower rates for the 2016-2017 AFCEA year. Rates paid by check will be $1,600 for a full table, $800 for a half-table and $400 for quarter table arrangements. We also accept credit card payment via our web site where the rates are $1620, $810, and $405 to account for the credit card service charge.
We request that if possible; remit your 2016-2017 chapter sponsorship contribution by September 10, 2016. If you provided your sponsorship last year mid-cycle, we can simply extend credit for your contribution commensurately. There are two methods to choose from. You may go to our website at https://scott.afceachapters.org/ to pay by credit card (details below). Or use the attached form and mail check with the sponsorship form.
