PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND 
INTERNALIZATION IN CREATIVE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES 
Abstract. The article analyzes the social positions and roles and psychological states 
performed by employees in enterprises. Psychological Causes of interpersonal, intra-
group and inter-group conflicts in labor collectives are identified. It is proved that 
conflict as a psychological phenomenon is also characterized by constructive 
functions. The role and significance of employee internalization is shown. The 
psychological dilemma of a creative manager is defined.
