The impact on reality caused by the use of information has its limited result – ΔN. 
Overcoming the limitations imposed on the emergence and use of information by 
the capabilities of the organs of action and senses of living beings is carried out through 
the invention and use of various artificial means. Thus, in the circulation of information 
the following participants are included: 
Ia – information intended for artificial perception (by artificial means); 
Ga – generation artificial means of Ia, the input for the functioning of which are 
fragments of reality ○N; 
EFa – artificial means of influencing reality, the input for the functioning of which is Ia.

In relation to information, such actions as transportation, transformation and 
processing can be performed.
