Keywords: integration, an integrative lesson, an integrative approach, dialectics, motivation.
The effectiveness of the educational process also depends on the approaches it uses. There are many types of approaches in this area:

  • Research approach;

  • Person-centered approach;

  • Communicative approach;

  • Competent approach;

  • Integrative approach, etc.

One of the main tasks of every educator is to study the above-mentioned approaches, to apply them in the field of education, to inform students about them. Each of these approaches has its own place and significance, and is widely used in schools as well as in higher education. Among these pedagogical approaches, the integrative approach is also of great importance. It is worthwhile to clarify the word integration before going into more detail about the integration approach. The word integration comes from Latin and means "integer" - "whole" or "the process of creating a whole". Integration ensures the compatibility of scientific knowledge derived from different systems thanks to the general methodology of modern systematic thinking, universal logic techniques.

An integrative approach is also interpreted as the process of establishing connections between the components of a particular education system in order to develop the individual and form a holistic view of the world. The integrative approach differs from other educational approaches by the breadth of the experimental image, the depth of the creative design, the continuity of historical development, and its distinctive superiority in dialectics.

"PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE AND EDUCATION" CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

24 MAY 2022

The term "integration" in education was introduced in the 1980s and 1990s, before which the term "interdisciplinary communication" was used. After that, his problems were developed in two directions:

  1. The development of science and culture is a reflection of this integration trend, which is the basis for raising the student's worldview;

  1. Education as an integrated field of human activity, the subject of which is the professional and personal formation of the individual in the education system.

There are several key ideas for an integrated teaching approach: - Personalization of education;

- Formation of generalized science structures and methods of activity; - The predominance of meaning-forming motives in learning;

- Systematic training;

- Overcoming potential problems in teaching;

- Achieving the goals of the integration process; - Communication and exchange of views.

Integrative learning can be done through several technologies: - integration;

- design technology;

- educational technology in the global information society;

- Implementation of large-scale systematic training courses on the basis of the Internet.

In almost all secondary and higher education institutions of the country there is a direct appeal to an integrated approach to the teaching of each subject, the creation of textbooks, manuals, working programs. The integrative approach by the Russian scientist M. Pak is divided into several functions: educational and methodological, educational, developmental and constructive.

Integration lessons are now being used more widely to promote the integrative approach. The goal is for students to have a comprehensive knowledge of the sciences.

An integrated course is one of the main types of courses that cover a wide range of topics at the same time.

The task of the integrative approach is to increase learning motivation and successful teaching and learning in educational institutions, professional motivation of students. Today, educators are making wider use of the theoretical foundations of an integrated approach to teaching. As a result, there has been a wealth of experience in teaching at an integrated approach at every level of education, from pre-school to higher education.

An integrated approach to the interdisciplinary system is used in the educational process in schools. For example, biology and chemistry, physics and mathematics,

basics of physics or computer science, English and Russian, history and literature, etc. An integrative approach uses teaching methods, general concepts, categories, methods, and the relationship between the content of individual topics in terms of science. This method helps to guide the student professionally, to develop creative intellect, to increase self-confidence. At the same time, a student who acquires knowledge through an integrative approach can then easily adapt to the life of higher education and its established requirements.

However, it is also a bit misleading to teach a lesson in all disciplines or a combination of subjects. Therefore, it is advisable to have a leading idea that connects several topics and disciplines in order to teach a particular lesson in an integrative way.

The demand for an integrated approach is also high in higher education institutions. Its use in higher education may be slightly different from the school method. While there is a simultaneous approach to several disciplines, the fact that educators, PhDs, professors can share experiences with each other and use them in their lessons demonstrates the universality of the integrated approach.

The integrative approach is also seen as increasing the motivation of students and teachers, and improving the teaching system. For this reason, a number of training programs, manuals and textbooks on the formation of professional competencies are being developed based on this approach.

Based on the above principles and studies, the following conclusions can be drawn:

  1. The use of an integrative approach is more likely to increase the intellectual potential of the student;

  1. Expanding the horizons of the individual, creating conditions for self-awareness;

  1. Develops the ability to collaborate and build interpersonal relationships.
