Abstarct. Echinococcosis in humans occurs as a result of infection by the larval stages of taeniid cestodes. We sur-
veyed the distribution and relative densities of echinococcosis in dogs (with stray dogs), foxes and Jackal in four collection sites 
(Kumchuk, Chaparashli, O’rta Saydov and Nurobod) of the Sarmarkant area Uzbekistan from 2015 to 2017. The purpose of 
this study is to ascertain the actual condition of this disease associated with echinococcosis in animal hosts. We also examined 
intestinal parasites that contain these animals. This experiment was performed from fecal samples collected from dogs or from 
directly caught animals. A total of 1761 dogs and wild animals were examined in the four study sites. The eggs and adult worms 
of 658 Echinococcus granulosus were found in dogs (28/1755) and Jackal (1/1). However, in foxes (0/5) were not found. And,
