Urgency of the subject. In modern condition of the shaping the market relations increasing quality and competitiveness to product is one of the key problems in textile industry, solved by creation efficient technology, allowing vastly reduce or completely exclude using a road import, imported chemical material. So more actual problem is a development of the composition and receipt of efficient composition on base local polymeric cheese as natural, so and synthetic origins, suitable as thickener in process of the decorating cotton wool fabric.
The Purpose persisting work is a development to technologies of the reception new composition higher effectively composition of thickener on base EMK, synthesized from rice starch got from secondary cheese at conversions of the agricultural cultures and water - soluble polymer applicable in process of the typing cotton wool fabrics as from thickener printed paint. The Development is directed on intensification of the process of the typing, expansion of the raw materials base, simplification to technologies production and reduction to prime cost produced product.
The Object of the studies of the work are electrochemical modified starch, microcrystalline cellulose and uniflok.
Novelty result, expected from execution dissertation work. New thickener will are created on base of the oxidized starch and water - soluble polymer. The Compositions under development polymeric composition suitable as thickener for wadding cotton wool fabrics, allow perfecting technological and physic-mechanical characteristic printed fabric. It is expected that to account of the modification of the starch by electrochemical of the modification, as well as using synthetic polymer, possible, is got it is enough plastic masses thickener with necessary viscosity. Will is designed optimum compositions thickener and printed paints with cool dye staff.
