THE IMPORTANCE OF INFORMATION SECURITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE 
NATIONAL IDEA.

Annotation: 
This article discusses the need to rely on changes and 
achievements in social life, to make it compatible with ideological and spiritual life, to 
adhere to the universal principles of democracy, to raise the culture of distinguishing 
between foreign and harmful ideas and creative ideas.

awareness, spiritual and ideological immunity, an important factor in the promotion 
of human national ideology, a sense of belonging. ideology. 
In Uzbekistan, the tasks of educating the younger generation to new thinking 
and thinking, to direct their political activity, to faithful to the ideals of independence 
are being gradually implemented. Political influence in the process of globalization 
underscores the importance of youth information security. Advocacy technologies 
increase information transmission capabilities. The volume and scope of information

increases. It informs young people about various events and happenings in the world, 
news and technologies. At the same time, it takes them into a complex world of 
information and influences their consciousness, goals and inclinations. Even because 
young people do not have enough information and experience, it is not easy to draw 
conclusions from it. The negative impact of information on the minds of young people 
is observed in more imitative youth. This can lead to the formation of negative, 
behaviors in them. Under the influence of harmful ideas of such young people, their 
psyche changes and the influence of information increases. 
An information security problem arises. Structures of perception and response 
to danger are formed in the process of individual awareness. Analytical and critical 
thinking emerges in young people only after the formation of personal opinion, 
reflection, worldview. It is important for young people to be able to formulate their 
own political concept independently, to be able to clearly understand and analyze 
political processes, and to understand the essence.
Technological and technocratic methodology of security at present The 
establishment of the basis is a requirement of the period. Ensuring information 
security of young people The task is to systematize the process, to guarantee the 
result in advance, to be able to make adjustments to the process at any time. The 
process of formation of information immunity of young people requires the following 
organizational work, such as systematization on the basis of modern technologies, in 
turn, the reduction, generalization and coordination of a number of tasks:
- understanding the essence of existing political processes, its use in the 
formation of ideological immunity;

-search, collection and processing of data that serve the formation of 
immunity; 
- formation of a database related to the formation of information immunity; 
- perception, identification of problems; 
- understanding and acceptance of the principles of development of immunity; 
- strategic multifactor analysis of external and internal situation; 
- determination of the limitations of information, financial, organizational and 
technical resources, implementation of resource enrichment;
- observation, analysis and political development of events in the international 
arena prediction; 
- formation of strategies and tactics to achieve geopolitical interests, 
description of external threats, development and implementation of measures to 
neutralize and rehabilitate them; 
- development and implementation of technologies, methods and techniques 
of information environment formation;
- alternative solutions to the work of ensuring immunity development; 
- situations that arise in the implementation of this or that alternative solution 
and situation forecasting; 
- development of efficiency criteria for the work carried out, evaluation of each 
work performed;

- increase the state's ability to deal with external threats, information ensuring 
resilience to threats and dangers;
- development and introduction of the most optimal forms of formation of 
ideological immunity;
- analysis of the impact on decision-making in the minds and thinking of young 
people;
- developing the skills of young people to change the decisions they make;
- shaping young people’s little control and analysis. 
It is also necessary to fully develop the political, socio-economic and 
psychological factors that affect young people. This can help eliminate potential risks 
in a timely manner. This serves to prevent information attacks. 
It is no secret that in the present age there is a struggle for the possession of 
the human mind and heart. Therefore, interruptions in the fight against foreign 
ideological influences cannot be allowed. In such circumstances, it is important to 
organize constant and continuous propaganda against the destructive influence of 
foreign ideologies. 
The principles of the national idea are common to all stages of inculcation in 
the human mind and heart, and when using different forms and means, their 
characteristics such as age, profession, education are taken into account. Ensuring 
that the principles listed in the campaign are relevant to the specifics of each location 
is the most important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of the campaign.

The role and significance of the idea in the evolution of mankind has always 
been in the focus of the intellectually gifted members of society: Socrates, Confucius, 
who lived in different periods of history, was the founder of theoretical doctrines and 
ideologies that had a huge impact on world development; It can also be seen in the 
example of scientific ideas in the works of such thinkers as Alisher Navoi and 
Mahatma Gandhi.
In conclusion, it is not enough for the ideas to be propagated in the human 
mind in the form of information, they are deeply rooted in the human heart only 
when they reach the human heart. To do this, the propagandist must feel a deep 
belief and determination in the national ideology. However, it is not enough to be 
satisfied with drawing attention to ideas in propaganda. Because attracting attention 
is only the first stage of propaganda. Reliance on changes and achievements in social 
life, its compatibility with ideological and spiritual life, strict adherence to the 
universal principles of democracy, the development of a culture of distinguishing 
between foreign and harmful ideas and creative ideas serve to protect the minds and 
hearts of some young people from harmful ideas.
