The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received a grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Energy Supply Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 1 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for the scope described below under item

2. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.7. 2. Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) (“the Employer”) now invites sealed Bids from member countries of ADB for a turnkey contract: Procurement of Plant, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 220kV Transmission Line from Sheberghan to Andkhoy. The towers will be designed and constructed for double circuit. Details and specifications are provided in the Bidding Document.
