THE IMPORTANCE OF MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN
EDUCATION MANAGEMENT.

In the current process of globalization, the socio-pedagogical necessity of an
innovative approach to education is measured by:
1. Scientific and technical progress and socio-economic modernization of the
system of continuous education, in particular, the improvement of the educational
process in higher education institutions through the study of best international
practices, innovative approaches to education and the use of information technology;

technologies of person-centered teaching that serve the development of students'
level of education, intellectual potential, social activism, creative skills;
3. The need to develop the professional-innovative competence of the teacher
in relation to the development and implementation of pedagogical innovations.
Indeed, innovation in education (English innovation The idea of the approach
differs from the traditional approach in that the content and results of education are
person-centered, aimed at combining the content, form, methods and tools of
education with the latest achievements of science and technology, best practices,
modern methods.
At present, “pedagogical technology is not considered as a technical means of
teaching or research in the use of computers, but through the analysis of factors that
increase the effectiveness of education, the design and application of methods and
materials, as well as the evaluation of existing methods. is a study aimed at
developing ways” [1].
In today's innovative processes, in order to solve the problems facing the
education system, we need people who have mastered new information, are able to
evaluate this information themselves, make the necessary decisions, think
independently and freely. In this regard, the role and importance of innovative
technologies in the management process in vocational education is incomparable.
Innovative technologies are innovations and changes in the pedagogical
process, as well as in the creative activity between teacher and student, and in its
implementation are mainly used interactive methods, because the role of
management in education is played by the teacher [2].
It also allows students to objectively assess their knowledge and skills by
directing, managing, monitoring and analyzing them in a particular area of
knowledge. Therefore, as a result of the use of interactive learning technologies in
the teaching process:
- Stimulates students' interest in learning;
- Encourages each participant in the educational process;
-positively affects the psyche of each student;
-creates favorable conditions for effective mastering of educational material;
- has a multifaceted impact on students;
- Stimulates students' opinions and attitudes on the topics studied;
-forms vital skills in students;
- other than the positive side of student behavior
r- provides resurrection.
The main task of educators is to organize teaching with a simple
understanding of the subject and the effective use of various teaching aids and
methods. Above, we have briefly touched on the methodological aspects of our
work, albeit based on our own experience [3].
