- considers draft documents adopted by government bodies, local executive 
bodies and business entities, and notifies the head in case of identification of norms 
that may lead to a violation of the requirements of competition legislation; 
- Organizes the implementation and effective functioning of the 
comprehensive antimonopoly system in the territorial subdivisions of the state 
administration bodies of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent and 
regions; 
- annually, by February 1, submits a report on the antimonopoly complex for 
approval to the management of government bodies, local executive bodies and 
business entities. 
Conclusions and offers. 
Based on the information provided, the following conclusions can be drawn: 
First, identify and assess the risks of possible violations of the requirements 
of antimonopoly legislation and strengthen control over the activities of state-owned 
enterprises through their management or prevent them from becoming a monopoly 
on the market. This will ensure the compliance of the activities of government 
bodies, local executive bodies and economic entities with the requirements of 
antimonopoly legislation and constant monitoring. This will ensure free competition 
between enterprises. 
Secondly, the legislation on competition in the activities of government 
bodies, local executive bodies and business entities.
