Annotation
. The scientific article is devoted to the problem of the further 
development of the competitive environment and the reduction of state participation 
in the economy, as well as the peculiarities of the implementation of a 
comprehensive antimonopoly system. The relevance of this topic is based on the 
impact of state-owned enterprises on monopoly in a free market economy.

Introduction. 
Ensuring the implementation of the Decree of the President of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 6, 2020 No. PF-6019 "On additional measures 
to further develop the competitive environment and reduce state participation in the 
economy", as well as to prevent the risk of violations of antimonopoly legislation 
and corporate standards In order to create an effective system Cabinet The Ministers 
of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution dated March 2, 2021 No. 114 
"On measures to introduce a comprehensive antimonopoly system." According to 
the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures 
to further develop the competitive environment and reduce state participation in the 
economy" dated July 6, 2020 No. PF-6019 to ensure compliance with antimonopoly 
legislation, identify and prevent violations. the system of internal organizational 
procedures determines the procedure for assessing the impact on antitrust regulation 
of enterprises with state participation. However, the specificity of antitrust 
regulation and management of state-owned enterprises is reflected in the economic 
literature as a problem that has not yet been fully investigated.
