a) both ... and...(nafaqat.., shuningdek) (..ham, ...ham) ulardan keyin ko’plikdagi fe’l keladi

For. ex: Both Chris and Pat were late.

I was both tired and hungry when I arrived home.

b) neither .... nor... (na... na...)fe’l nor dan keyin turgan egaga qarab

tuslanadi:

For. ex: Neither Mark nor his friends are at the party now.

Neither his friends nor Mark is at the party now.

c) either ... or ... (yo... yo..)(yo... yoki..) fe’l nor dan keyin turgan egaga qarab tuslanadi:

For. ex: Either Tom or his brothers are going to give me a ride home.
