2019- THE YEAR OF PROACTIVE INVESTS AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT 
Five initiatives for creating additional conditions for upbringing and educating young people, 
increasing employment of women. 
On April 3, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on 
practical  implementation  of  five  initiatives,  which  incorporated  comprehensive  measures  aimed  at 
creating  additional  conditions  for  upbringing  and educating  young  people, increasing employment of 
women. This approach forwarded by our president service to organize social, spiritual and enlightment 
activities on the new system. 
 
 
The first initiative envisages increasing the interest of youth in music, arts,  literature,  theatre 
and other types of  arts,  serving to realize their talents. 
 
The  second  initiative  implies  physical  conditioning  of  youth  creation  of  conditions  necessary 
for the exercise of their abilities in sports. 
 
The third initiative deals with the effective use of computer technologies and the internet by the 
population and youth. 
 
The fourth initiative  is the organization of systemic activities to improve youth spirituality and 
promote the reading of books. 
 
The fifth initiative is to ensure women`s employment.
