Call the Meeting to Order by Chair Swanson at 7:03 pm

Motion made by S. George to approve the agenda with addition of Public Hearing, supported by G. Kepler. Motion carries 3-0
Approval of Minutes

   Regular Meeting – December 3, 2013
   

Motion made by S. George to approve the minutes of 12-3-13 as presented, supported by G. Kepler. Motion carries 3-0
Public Hearing

7:05 pm – J. Bristol on hand to give a brief description of the Famers Marker Proposal. 40x60 building, 4 spaces parking north of building, roll down doors Sept 2014. Minimum 8 ft. between building next door. Open space discussed, garbage bins to be located around property, setbacks per article 16

M. Storie – City Council – Made notation that planning commission’s concerns regarding animal permit is being addressed.

J. Bristol – As DDA would like to see downtown grow. As a business owner would like to see people brought to downtown area.

Motion made by S. George to approve site plan for Downtown Farmers Market with stipulation that they provide a copy of the actual site plan with roads, site boundaries, and dimensions, supported by G. Kepler. Motion carries 3-0
New Business

   Sunset Hills New Construction – Site Plan – For Action
   

Site plan for new construction in Sunset Hills. Alan Edwin Homes, Pine Hill Drive

Motion made by G. Kepler to approve site plan for new construction to be built by Alan Edwin Homes in Sunset Hills on Pine Hill Drive, supported by S. George. Motion carries 3-0
Commission/Administrator Report

Zoning Admin Report – W. Darrow – Gave a brief report of site plans, easements, permits, and new business in City.
