  The number of people living alone is the highest in Broadview at 16.5% and the lowest in Massey Creek at 11.2%.
  

• 
  The structure of the family in Toronto East continues to change. While the number of common-law families and lone parent families increased, the number of married couple families experienced a decline between 2001 and 2006.

  Central Riverdale has the highest percentage of lone parent households. 25% of families with children are single parent family in this cluster.

  The percentage of lone parent households is 22.9% in Crescent Town, 24% in Massey Creek, and 21.5% in Broadview-East York.
