Annotatsiya
Xozirgi kunda respublikamizda polietilenning barcha turlarini ishlab chiqarish yulga qo`yilgan bo`lib, uni qayta ishlaydigan korxonalar ham ko`paymoqda. Demak, polietilen asosida ishlab chiqarilayotgan maxsulotlar turini yanada ko`paytirish uchun polietilenning kompozitsiyalarini ishlab chiqish, termik stabillash, uni modifikatsiya qilishda turli xildagi komponentlardan foydalanish va boshqalar talab etiladi. Shu muammolarni yechimiga qaratilgan ushbu magistrlik dissertatsiya ishi mavzusi ham shubhasiz su kunning eng dolzarb masalalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ishda Qarshi shahridagi yog`-moy ekstraksiya zavodining texnologik chiqindisi gossipol smolasi asosida polietilen uchun birinchi marta modifikatsiyalangan termostabilizator namunasi olingan. Gossippl smolasi bilan stabillangan polietilenning termik va termooksidlanish destruksiya kinetikasi va ularning mexanizmi tadqiq qilingan. Olingan polietilen kompozitsion materiallar asosida ularning fizik-kimyoviy, texnologik xossalari o`rganilgan, shuningdek texnologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan.
Annotation
At present, the production of all types of polyethylene has been launched in the country, and enterprises processing it is also growing. This means that the development of polyethylene compositions, the use of various components, and others are required to further increase the range of products produced on the basis of polyethylene. This spiritual dissertation focuses on solving these problems is undoubtedly one of the most pressing issues of this day. The work was presented at the first time for polyethylene for polyethylene based on the technological waste extraction plant in Karshi. The thermal and thermoxidosis of the polyethylene, stained polyethylene with a hossophol synetics, and their mechanism was studied. The resulting polyethylene composite materials their physicochemical, technological properties were developed, as well as technology.
