Today it is important to create free economic zones for the development of the national economy, diversification of its structure, production of high-tech products, attraction

foreign investment, because in free economic zones there are favorable

conditions for investors, which increases the inflow of foreign investment and modern technologies in country. Therefore, free economic zones are an important tool for the development of national economy and its competitiveness.

Currently, free economic zones in Uzbekistan operate effectively in Navoi, Jizzakh and Angren regions. In particular, in the free economic zone Navoi now there are 124.2 million people. In total, 24 projects have been successfully implemented in cooperation with South Korea, Great Britain, Italy, China, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and Russia. More than 100 types of products are manufactured at the existing enterprises and continuous export is set. Currently, 11 industrial enterprises are located in special industrial zone Angren
