developed as part of the overall business and marketing plan developed by the
hotel’s DOSM and approved by the general manager. The plan should consider
the hotel’s competitive set, group bookings history, rate resistance as reported
by the property’s in-house reservationists, and the demand forecasts that
include the period of time covered by the plan.
