them? How frequently do they receive the reports? What procedures are in place
at the property for a department head to request a new (not previously issued)
PMS report?
4. Develop a list of special room requests that the following types of guests might
have:

Businessperson
•
Couple with one child
•
Couple with several children
•
Delegate attending conference to be held at the property
•
Person stating need for special accommodations because of disability
•
Persons visiting hotel as part of a tour-bus group
5. What, if any, laws or other regulations apply to increasing room rates above those
posted (rack rates) in your local area or state?
