Paul received a degree in hospitality management from the University
of Southern Mississippi in
1999 while working full time at several restaurants and catering facilities. After graduation, he
worked for the Ritz-Carlton in its preopening offices in New Orleans.
He rapidly moved through
positions in the front office and guest services and became the operations manager of the Iberville
Suites (a four-diamond hotel that
is part of the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans).
Since July, 2003, Paul has worked with the West Paces Hotel Group as the director of support
services at The Hotel at Auburn University. His responsibilities
include the housekeeping, laundry
and engineering departments.
