As knowledge of a foreign language is very important today, the reform of the 
foreign language teaching system has become one of the most pressing issues in 
education, the use of advanced teaching methods using modern pedagogical and 
information and communication technologies in the teaching process. 
Of course, every enlightened person in the 21st century must be well versed in 
information technology. Consequently, in most cases, human activity, the level of 
access to information, depends on the ability to use this information effectively. [1]
In order for a modern specialist in the field of volunteerism to be able to find easily

his way in the ever-increasing flow of information, he must be able to receive process 
and use relevant information using computers, telecommunications and other means 
of communication. Information technology is now seen as a tool to increase the 
efficiency and productivity of human activities. 
The rapidly growing needs of our society for the introduction of information 
technology in the educational process include electronic manuals in classrooms and 
extracurricular activities in higher education institutions, virtual stands, and remote 
access to the Internet. Requires the implementation of consistent theoretical and 
practical measures related to the introduction of science. 
Informing the educational process: 
 to develop the intellectual and creative abilities of the individual; 
 to enable each member of the society to improve their skills and change 
their field of activity
 Creating the conditions for accelerated learning and increasing the 
effectiveness of distance learning. 
As mentioned above, information technology has a place in all areas. Various 
English language-teaching programs have been developed to increase vocabulary or 
acquire sufficient knowledge of grammar, using the capabilities of modern, 
innovative technologies in learning English. For example, Learn by Heart is one of 
the first English language programs in Uzbek. Experts say that in order to be fluent 
in a conversation, you need to have 1,500 words to read 1,500 newspapers without a 
dictionary. The Learn by Heart vocabulary consists of 4,499 words and more than 50 
conversational sentences and phrases. Although the main goal of this program is to 
increase vocabulary, there is also a brief focus on grammar. Grammar is taught in 
the form of a beautiful song. The lyrics, which reflect the grammatical rules, are very 
simple and interesting. Another such program is the English for pre-intermediate 
program, developed in collaboration with the Oxford University New Headway 
program. Through this program, students: 
 In reading, they will be able to understand the meaning of what you read 
based on the content of the text. Unfamiliar words are no problem. 
 Listening (listening) to news in English, watching movies gives them 
pleasure. 
 Learn to write formal and informal letters, to sign contracts with partners in 
English. 
 They will be able to communicate fluently. [2] 
There are also interactive whiteboards. These boards allow creative teachers 
to organize lessons in an interesting, unconventional way, as well as to explain easily 
topics of any complexity to students. Many of the videos and audio files help 
students develop their reading, writing, and counting skills from simple to complex.
Today, there are a number of types of interactive electronics, including SenBox
Interwrite DaulBoard and Uboard, which have been successfully tested in translation 
and research fields organized in schools of the republic. [3] Of course, the
