TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATION OF POLYMER COMPOSITIONS

Abstracts:
In the technology of preparation of polymer composite materials, mainly processes are
carried out in stages. The basis is a polymer, which is transformed from one species into a second
type of material by adding spoons to it. The process of obtaining multi-component polymer materials
is widely covered below.

According to this technology, initially, according to the above, it is necessary to determine the
composition of the composition. Then mix the raw materials that are included in the composition.
Before that, in the factory laboratory, it is necessary to determine the technological properties of
the components included in the composition of polymer materials. These properties are sometimes
called verification indicators in the introduction of raw materials.
The analysis of the components includes: density, friability, granulometric composition, humidity,
natural inclination angle, scattering density, density of the condensed material.
Decoupling is a technological process in which one component after another is added and their
properties are directed to the desired side, the composition is homogenized.
The separation is basically two types: macro level, crumbly or solid granules are mixed in the
liquid; micro level, granules are mixed in the flowing state. a kind of mass is formed. As a result of
the decomposition, the physical state of the composition can also be changed (melting, liquefaction)
and conditions are created for the development of a chemical reaction (separation of the polymer with
an initiator or reducer).
Depending on the state of the components to which it is necessary to decompose, the following
methods are used:
— spacing of crumbly substances;
— dilution of crumbly or liquid substances; —
separation of liquids;
— spacing of polymerase in a whitish state;
The method of sorting substances in a crumbly state is often used when spraying pigments on
polymers. This process is carried out mainly in waltz or extruders. Spacing in a dry state is carried
out in special mixer-drums. This method is used when the filler and polymer are in the powder state,
and when secondary raw materials are used.
Method of separation of crumbly and liquid components it is often used when mixing plasticizers,
solvents, coloring substances. The finished composition will be in the state of the paste. This process
is carried out in special mixers, so that the mass under mixing does not stick to the wall of the
equipment.
In the method of spacing the polymerase in a whitish State, uniform spacing occurs, because the
