development of all kinds of digital entertainment. ... 
As you can see, the main problems in this direction are associated with a lack of funds and a lack 
of funding for sports institutions, with sufficient development of these institutions, motivation for 
sports activities would be found by a much larger number of the population than at the moment. 
A large amount of funds is allocated for the maintenance of professional teams, which could be 
financed from sponsors’ funds, in the 2030 development strategy, it is planned to change the financing 
of professional athletes in this way, which will allow more funds to be allocated to the development 
of children’s and youth sports. 
Despite the increasing indicators, the share of the population engaged in physical activity and 
sports, in a number of municipalities, there is a decrease in interest in sports. Officially, this fact is 
explained by the lack of specialists in the sports field, in the local government of these regions, and 
insufficient funding, sports facilities and events. 
For often in the regions there are not enough indoor pools for swimming all year round, indoor and 
outdoor game rooms, as well as grounds for winter sports. 
A not unimportant problem is associated with the lack of a coaching staff, and this is one of the 
main components in attracting the population to engage in sports activities. 
Conclusion and research results
Taking into account the situation for the current 2020, it is possible to single out tasks for the 
further development of physical culture sports activities in our country - removing more attention, 
administration, local government, in order to fulfill all state requirements regarding the physical 
culture sports industry of public life, increasing funding for sports institutions, due to transferring 
professional athletes to sponsorship funding, preparing a trained and understanding the state’s goals 
in the sports field, coaching staff, building an effective system for the selection, selection of talented 
athletes from all regions of our country. 
The main measures in this area need to be taken to ensure expediency, equity and social relevance 
in the allocation of funds from the budget.
