A closed course means getting an education at an 
educational institution via the Internet and getting a diploma there. For example, if you 
apply to the Russian state site Intiut.ru, they will make you a member. When you sign 
up, you send them information about yourself. Once you become a member, they will 
start sending their lessons to your email address. There they send information such as 
work plans, lectures, manuals, publications that you can use. You will receive them via 
your online mail and read them and send answers to their questions. They will review 
your answers. If your knowledge satisfies them, they will definitely give you their 
diploma. This definitely means unlimited opportunities for the student. At the same 
time, there will be an opportunity to study at several universities at the same time. 
As another example, we can cite a distance learning course for teachers of 
educational institutions established under the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute. If a 
student in this course completes the assignments on time, answers the test questions and

test questions after each assignment in a timely manner, the next level of questions and 
lecture notes, manuals will be given. Graduates of the course will be issued certificates 
of advanced training. 
The open course is slightly different from this closed course. As the name 
suggests, it is an open course. It can be approached by anyone seeking voluntary 
education. It provides information on the work plan of the required subject, the text of 
the lecture, the experiment, laboratory work and course work. The applicant can get 
answers to their questions from this software. 
Today, we know that open exchange rate systems have been launched on many 
sites in Uzbekistan. The information obtained can be found and used according to the 
user's needs.
