Introduction.
Today, the development of technology has accelerated, especially 
in the XXI century. As a result, the Internet has entered our lives. The advent of the 
Internet has made a huge difference in the lives of every aspect of life. The Internet is 
one of the greatest inventions of the twentieth century. Thanks to this discovery, it 
became possible to connect hundreds of millions of computers around the world into a 
single information environment. 
Analyzed from the point of view of users, the Internet firstly serves as an 
"information backbone" that allows network customers to exchange information, 
virtual communication, and secondly, the existing database complex forms a global 
knowledge repository. In addition, the Internet today is becoming one of the most

important tools of modern business in the study of the world market, the organization 
of marketing activities. 
The development of the Internet with high-profile images has opened up a wide 
range of opportunities in media activities and publishing. For example, delivering the 
latest news from New York or Germany to Tashkent via the Internet, preparing and 
publishing newspapers and textbooks, and distributing them to a wide audience are 
several times cheaper, faster, and more efficient than existing methods. 
Methodology:
The communication function of the Internet is characterized by 
the ability of users to communicate remotely. Examples include Internet e-mail, 
Internet telephone and real-time direct messaging, and chat conferencing. In addition, 
the communication function of the Internet allows its users to make video calls, 
organize video conferences, watch from one city to another (using remote webcams) 
and enjoy the natural scenery. 
It is no exaggeration to say that the Internet has penetrated the education system, 
especially in developed countries. For example, let’s look at the courses in them. They 
have been widely introduced into the education system of open and closed courses. 
Let’s look for answers to the questions of what is a closed course and an open course.
