USA:
8. Reworked A-10 behavior: only 2 jets are needed to kill a single War
Factory or Supply Center, however a delay between missile firing was
added, so that two A-10s won’t be able to kill mentioned structures in
one attack run.
China:
12. Hackers are now being produced in numbers of 4. This Hacker group
costs 2500$ and builds for 30 seconds (equalized with other factions).
Money gathering rate adjusted.
Uncategorized:
1. Rebels, Rangers, Red Guards and Riflemen damage reduced by
15%.
2. All Infantry no longer receive a 30% rate of fire bonus inside garrisons.
3. Reduced cost of all secondary economy structures to 2500$. Reduced
the amount of money produced per minute (around 1200$).
4. The Limit Superweapons option was replaced with Limit Secondary
Income. It limits all secondary economies to 1 structure.
5. Topol-Ms, Minuteman Silos and DF-41s are now always unlimited.
Bugs:
1. Fixed an issue with some anti-tank units dealing little damage to anti-air
vehicles.
2. Fixed an issue with ADATS Battery dealing little damage to anti-air vehicles.

Russia:
19. MTP-A4’s both healing delay and healing amount are doubled: it heals
12 HP instead of 6 every second instead of 2 seconds.
20. Eagle Eye MRS, Disturber, MTP-A4, S-300, S-500, Smerch, Supply
Trucks, Topol-M and Vodnik are now affected by Reflection Armor
Upgrade. They get 25% extra armor after the research.
21. Increased the resistance of the T-14 Armata against A-10 and Su-25
from 100% to 75% damage taken.

22. VDV Paradrop Troopers are no longer Veterans, speed reduced by
20%, VDV RPGs no longer have thermobarics available. Picking
Russian Air Forces subfactions gives those stats back.
23. Picking Russian Air Forces makes Iglas and Medics train as Veterans.
24. Reduced HP of the Pchela Drone from 100 to 75.
25. Reduced pack and deploy time for Uran-9 Drone from 600 and 600 to
100 and 200 ms respectively. Reduced minimal attack range from 50
to 5. Increased turret turn speed from 330 to 450 degrees per second.
Rockets now use EXPLOSION damage type which means they’re
more effective against infantry and structures. Uran-9 can now be
deployed in unlimited amounts from a single MTP-A4. Cost reduced
from 600 to 500.
26. Ka-52s are no longer stealth when attacking.
USA:
1. ADATS Battery now fires continuously, without reloading. Damage
reduced from 51 to 30. ADATS is now affected by Kinetic Missiles
upgrade, which boosts missile’s velocity from 450 to 1000.
2. Reduced reload time for A-10 from 9 seconds to 2 seconds. Reduced
damage from 120 to 80. Reduced delay between shots to allow the jet
to fire all of it’s missiles in one run.
3. Reduced build time for F-15 and F-18 from 23 seconds to 18 seconds,
Cost reduced from 1400 to 1200. Reduced build time for F-22 from 32
seconds to 22 seconds, cost reduced from 2300 to 1700. Reduced
build time for F-35 from 29 seconds to 22 seconds, cost reduced from
2000 to 1700.
4. Reduced reload time for F-15 and F-18 from 7.7 seconds to 2
seconds, damage increased from 110 to 130. Reduced reload time for
F-22 and F-35 from 9 seconds to 2 seconds. Reduced reload time for
F-117 from 10.8 seconds to 2 seconds. This should allow USA to use
jets more often.
5. Reduced Humvee HP from 400 to 300.
6. All basic USA Infantry (Ranger, Marine, SEAL, Missile Defender, Star
Streak Trooper) can now perform Combat Drops.
7. Drastically increased Specter Gunship resistance against Heavy
Anti-Air (from 325% to 150% damage taken. Countermeasures
Upgrade will increase resistance even more: 100%). Increased attack

radius. Reduced Minigun damage from 40 to 10. Howitzer damage
doubled, yet reload time is now 2x times slower. Removed howitzer
cooldown when changing attacking spot.
8. GPS Guided Shells Upgrade now affects Marine Grenade Launchers
and Firebase Howitzers.
9. Ranger’s old Flashbang logic returned. Rangers are automatically
upgraded with Flashbangs after SOCOM Pick.
10. Reduced Chinook HP from 300 to 270.
11. Reduced Supply Truck HP from 1000 to 900.
12. Increased F-18 HP from 200 to 250.
13. Comanches are no longer stealth when attacking.
China:
1. Increased the resistance of the Overlord Tank against A-10 and Su-25
from 100% to 75% damage taken.
2. Type 15 cost reduced from 1400 to 1200. Build time reduced from 20
seconds to 16 seconds.
