to four of those Outposts can be stationed inside of the Internet Center
to provide 10% more money.

6. Increased cost for Scud Launcher from 1200 to 1350. Reduced reload
time from 20s to 12s.
7. Partisan Drones now require Airfield unlock. Vehicle Disabling Ability
has been cut. AP Bullets upgrade now allows Partisans to fire armor
piercing rounds that deal decent damage against vehicles and
structures.
8. GPS Scrambler Unlock was moved to Rank 1 Unlocks.

8. All factions except the USA can now produce T2 Anti-Air (S-300,
HQ-9, S-75) without unlocking it in the General Power menu.
9. T2 Anti-Air units are available only for subfactions now.
10. To purchase a subfaction, players should now build both technology
structures. For example Strategy Center + Detention Camp.
11. Increased build time for all T2 Technology Structures: Strategy Center,
Propaganda Center, Development Center and Palace - from 60
seconds to 80 seconds.
