fentanyl ter pri enem od teh pa je bila potrebna tudi mišična relaksacija z sukcinilholinom. Edina težava,
ki smo jo pri teh uporabah zasledili, pa je v slabši vizualizaciji ob prisotnih izločkih v dihalnih poteh.
Uvajanje je mogoče tudi pri majhnem odpiraju ust.
Zavedati se je treba, da
smo Airtraq uporabili v okolju, kjer je endotrahealna intubacija razmeroma
rutinski poseg in jo ekipe dobro obvladajo. Zanimiva bi bila primerjava učenja intubacij s klasično in
Airtraq metodo. Ugotoviti bi bilo treba, če je metoda priporočljiva za ekipe, ki niso vešče klasične
intubacije.
Airtraq predstavlja novo možnost za hitro in učinkovito oskrbo dihalne
poti s tubusom tudi v
predbolnišničnem okolju, zlasti pri imobilizirani vratni hrbtenici in pri bolnikih, pri katerih predvidevamo
težavno intubacijo.
