Conclusion/Recommendations. 
Phraseological units 
have a plan of expression and content. Although a 
phraseological unit does not differ from a free conjunction in 
its grammatical structure, it does differ in the nature of its 
grammatical structure. The phraseological unit is not always 
formed in the process of speech itself, but has become a whole 
before it, and is included in the memory of the language as a 
whole. For example, in the Uzbek sentence ―Anvarjon 
Lolaxonga ko‘z tikdi‖, there are four word forms, but it 
consists of three lexical units: ―Anvarjon‖, ―Lolakhan‖, ―ko‘z 
tikmoq‖. The 1st and 2nd units are lexemes and the 3rd is a 
phraseological unit. Similarly, in the English sentence ―All 
their appeals for help fell on deaf ears‖, ―all‖, ―their‖, 
―appeals‖, ―for help‖ units - are lexemes, and ―fell on deaf 
ears‖ is a phraseological unit. The lexemes involved in these 
phraseological units are also actually two and four lexical 
units, but the phraseological unit is a separate lexical unit 
based on these two and four lexemes.
