ABSTRACT MASTER'S THESIS 
In the global transport networks, attracting additional freight flows, 
increasing the speed of delivery of goods at a specified time while ensuring their 
safety, improving the technology of freight transportation, as well as providing 
high-quality services to individuals and legal entities using transport services play 
a leading role. In developed countries, including on transport routes and in local 
industries of countries such as the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, 
China, Russia and other countries, much attention is paid to the development of 
methods for improving transportation technology, taking into account factors that 
influence for delivery of goods just in time. In this regard, special attention is paid 
to the unconditional satisfaction of the needs of the national economy in the 
carriage of goods by rail, to accelerate the turnover of wagons in the process of 
transportation and to improve the technology for monitoring excess idle times of 
loaded wagons along the route, as well as to develop methods for regulating the 
time spent on technological operations for stations and time of delivery of goods. 
In this regard, there is no doubt about the relevance of the topic of the master's 
thesis by D.B. Mikhaeva on the topic "The choice of rational options for 
organizing the movement of freight trains on railway transport."

In the master's thesis, a new technology is proposed for organizing the 
movement of car traffic on the basis of a predetermined rigid route for each
