‘Whom’ is an object form of the ‘who’. A little difference here in Uzbek 
language ‘whom’ has four forms. They are kimni? Kimga? kimda? kimdan?
‘Whose’ - ‘kimning’- there is no differences between them in their forms and 
usage. Because they are in genitive case.
‘What’ - ‘nima?’-they are the same as to their structure in both languages 
‘Which’-‘qaysi?’- they are the same as to their structural types.
About the semantic types of the interrogative pronouns , they are the same in 
the compared languages. For example, the word which asks the subject of the action is 
‘who’. In Uzbek language , ‘kim’ is used for asking subject of the sentenes.
Who left the door opened?- Kim eshikni ochiq qoldirdi?
‘Whom’ gives the same meaning as ‘kimni, kimda, kimga, kimdan.
Whom do you like the most?- Kimni eng ko’p yoqtirasiz 
‘Whose’ is also the same as to their semantic:
Whose car is this?- Bu kimning mashinasi?
‘Which’ is also similar to ‘qaysi’:
Which one is your friend? -Qaysi biri sizning do’stingiz?
According to the all comparison and examples , it can be summed up that 
interrogative pronouns in English and Uzbek are similar to their semantic features.

THE ROLE OF ICT IN TEACHING ENGLISH

Annotation
In this article, it is spoken about the role of ICT in teaching English. Through 
ICT, teachers can create interactive classes and make the lessons more enjoyable, 
which could improve student attendance and concentration.
Key words: ICT, role, teaching, communication, problems, method, 
technology
The use of ICT and Internet resources in the English language lesson allows 
me to more fully implement a whole set of methodological, didactic, pedagogical and 
psychological principles. The use of computer educational programs in English lessons 
increases the effectiveness of solving communication problems, develops different 
types of speech activity of students, and forms a stable motivation for foreign language 
activity of students in the classroom. The combination of information technologies with 
the project method allows students to practically apply their knowledge, skills and 
abilities, which is why it is one of the forms of organizing research and educational 
activities, in which cooperative collective activities are successfully implemented, 
allowing to increase motivation for learning a foreign language. The ability to use 
computer technology and telecommunications in their subject area should be 
considered as a criterion of General literacy, comparable today with the traditional 
interpretation of this concept - how to be able to read, write and count.
In my opinion, the use of ICT and Internet resources in English lessons is 
relevant today, because the teacher must be interesting for their students, keep up with 
the times, and improve their teaching skills and intelligence. The use of information 
and computer technologies opens up new opportunities for us in teaching a foreign 
language because using ICT in English lessons, we are faced with new forms and 
methods of teaching, as well as looking for new approaches and styles to the learning
