serious impairment; it is very difficult and near impossible, to adapt and get along with 
new people if there is no way to communicate with one another.
Additionally, awareness of multiple foreign languages and the ability to 
communicate in them is bringing increasingly benefits to their owner in the integrated 
global business community. Negotiations directly with new clients and companies in 
their native language are one of the first steps to pave the way in founding a continual 
and constant international business partnership. Ability to do this spontaneously gives 
great opportunity to any multilingual youngsters to be excelled among his or her peers 
in the striving to get jobs or high-prestige positions by defeating or establishing 
superiority over others. Language is such a key concept to direct students for success 
in their future professional endeavors. In our country, most educational institutions 
offer opportunities to learn a foreign language at even earlier ages.
In a nutshell, a foreign language is the most important part of academic credit 
system, because it helps new generation to integrate into global business community 
and learn about other’s experiences and share them with their partners.

A nnotation: The purpose of writing this article is to present the outlook of 
young families in the upbringing of children in the country, as well as to give future 
generations the right training.

When it comes to raising a child, parents must first have their own upbringing. 
Because the role of parents in the upbringing of children is very important. Nowadays, 
for some reason, parents are lagging behind in raising their children. What is the reason 
for this? Why don't parents pay more attention to their children's upbringing? Why 
don't kids have their own opinions right now? The above questions are still relevant 
today. We will try to find answers to these questions.
So raising a child is not about 
dressing him, feeding him, teaching him to walk, telling him songs or stories. First of 
all, let's talk about the concept of upbringing. Discipline is teaching our children to 
communicate properly, to be disciplined, to think clearly and correctly, and most 
importantly, to value valuable time. So at what age should you start raising a child? I 
can comment on this question as follows. In fact, most parents start raising their 
children when their child is 5-6 months old. But it is too late. It is advisable for parents 
to start parenting from the time the child begins to develop in the womb. The reason is 
that the upbringing in the mother's womb nourishes the child and is absorbed into his 
body. Therefore, if every young mother wants her child to be a perfect person, she must
