the most important reforms in Uzbekistan. Achieving a great importance to continuity 
among different levels of educational system and taking into account the fundamental 
nature of general secondary education, for the successful continuation of the process 
of learning in the institution. By the way teachers can capable of using modern 
technologies by creating friendly atmosphere for each student in this sphere. For over 
the years of independence, dozens of new universities have been established. However, 
mostly students after graduation do not work sphere of diploma or stop to work on it. 
It shows students needs more motivation and encouragement to continue develop 
abilities. It should be noted that, by doing many doing competition in science, it creates 
motivation for training, retraining that has been radically built steps for new 
Uzbekistan. In order to further improve the system of education there should be 
improved online teaching system for learning foreign languages. Without any doubt, 
learners come across challenges to get involved in new languages because each 
language depend on a native speaker. There are many students who are intrigued to 
foreign languages, they have similar problems on learning due to not practicing 
enough, with native speakers. By considering this problem, government should take 
into consideration not only theoretical part but also practical part of education in higher 
education system, which is crucial asset and a decisive force in achievement of 
democratic development, modernization and renewal ensuring stable and sustainable 
growth of the economy.
It is known that, Uzbek people are very wisdom, kindness and hardworking in 
life, is found out from early childhood, for this reason it is very significant that the 
children have to provide with a quality education beginning at the level of primary 
education. Obviously each child has an inborn interest to learn subjects by helping 
qualified teachers. As young learners are “a tree grows the way you take care of it”. It 
should be noted that teachers are able to teach self-education from early childhood. It 
would better if a number of educational reforms will implement that covered all areas 
of education system on all levels. This include the change curriculum in educational 
institutions, introduction of a new grading system in schools and universities, by an 
introduction of new department in existing ones to train for teachers that have not 
existed before, such as exchange teaching methods, international teaching conferences.
Fundamental changes will have occurred in the organization of education 
system when learners are being taught in free time on learning science, for instance: 
math, chemistry, biology for free after school by helping volunteers on putting into
