образования. Перечислены цифровые компетенции, которые должны быть сформированы
у будущих выпускников вузов: навыки работы с прикладными программами, цифровым
оборудованием, цифровой информацией, навыки коммуникации в цифровой среде,
самостоятельное написание программного обеспечения, создание собственных цифровых
продуктов, работа в различных программах и др. Проанализирован
опыт Бухарского
государственного университета в построении цифровой образовательной среды.

In the upcoming decades all industries such as, markets, areas of activity will be
reoriented in accordance with the requirements of new digital economic models. Big data
technologies, machine learning, distributed registries, robotization,
smart things, virtual and
augmented reality, wireless communications and many others, including those that visionaries
based on the unconditional and large-scale use of digital datasets are just talking about,
determine our near and distant future today.
The digital economy leads to an increase in the speed of information transfer, which,
transforming into knowledge,
is not only not destroyed, but even able to accumulate during
consumption.
Today, the importance in digitalization is attached to artificial intelligence and the
technologies of neural networks, with the help of which it is possible to build information
systems with analytical and predictive functions, which allows you to make choices for a person
and influence the adoption of effective management decisions. Researchers predict an active
impact on society and the "digital economy" of mobile, cognitive
and cloud technologies,
Internet of Things and big data technologies. Accordingly, reforms in the education system are
aimed at the formation of a new middle class for the development of the digital economy and the
reorganization of the educational process, based on the use of new information technologies.
Digital technologies radically change the content of taught disciplines and the form of their
submission. These are not only electronic presentations or the use of video, but also direct
connections to electronic databases, news, ongoing forums, video broadcasts. Virtual (VR) and
augmented reality (AR) systems are actively used to motivate students. VR and AR technologies
are used in immersive education (IE) programs. Such programs include the use of modern
information technologies in the learning process, which takes place inside various virtual worlds
and simulations, often in game form. This type of training contributes to increased engagement,
communication between students and interest in the subject. The world of education and science
is becoming global, the development of digital technologies is reducing the cost of education and
removing language barriers. Universities and individual teachers
are actively entering the
MOOC (Massive on-line open course) market - an already established form of distance learning
with open access on the Internet. The number of students who study remotely is increasing, since
traditional educational programs often do not keep pace with the dynamics of technology
development.
