Agility and technical exercises: (keepers working in 5’s) 
 
 
Arc Game. 
You have three G in a 5-yard goal and two servers. Each G has two balls 
behind their goal, as balls will go everywhere. You nominate a G to start. 
The G can throw the ball to any S and S can either hit the ball first time 
to score, or pass to their fellow S, who then shoots to score. 
Please make sure that the S’s side foot only. 
The aim of this game is getting the three G, getting the angle of the ball 
as it is thrown from their fellow G, and as S strikes the ba.. 
Great for keepers practicing their angles under pressure.

Agility and technical exercises: (keepers working in 5’s) 
 
Advancing Angle Game.
 
You shout go and the G turns sprints towards the cone behind him, runs 
around then advances back through his goal towards S1. S1 lets him get 
one yard past his line then shoots. 
The G deals with the shot, immediately gets up and sprints towards the 
cone behind the goal again runs around and advances towards S2… and 
so one.
This exercise should take no more than 15 seconds to complete! 
Also make sure when G advances towards Servers, they are in correct 
starting position. 
As there will be at least two groups on the go, you can also have races to 
enhance the fun and the speed G completes the drill.
