reflected in the following projects
: in the National University of Uzbekistan
(A-1-85, 2015-2017 ) «Development of social and psychological mechanisms of 
management and marketing», applied research project on the subject (ITD1- 171, 
2011-2014) «The structure and content of preparing students for management 
activities in higher pedagogical education» in Tashkent State Pedagogical.
University, as well as youth project (ЁA1-OT-1-18320 ЁA1-18, 2013-2015 
years) on the theme «Development of social and psychological mechanisms of 
innovative management in education», in the Head of scientific-methodical center 
of training and retraining of teachers and leading cadres at MHSSE.
Purpose of the research 
is to improve the social and psychological 
technology of the development of preparation process of the education manager for 
innovative activity in terms of higher education establishments. 
 
In accordance with the purpose of the study were formulated the following 
tasks:
disclose the nature and concept innovative activity of the education manager 
in the conditions of higher education. 
identify the role of training of education managers in innovative activity, 
taking into consideration his socio-psychological aspects 
identify the availability of social and psychological barriers for education 
managers, that has a negative impact on innovative activity.
