In order to develop the intervention program model, tests for contents and field validity were taken in 
three steps including whole development procedure. The reliability of the whole model development process 
was secured through the triangulation of data collection, development participants, and methodology.
The mixed methods were used for this study, so data collection consists of survey and semi-structured 
ethnographic interview. First step is survey in the quantitative method that is used to iden-tify the 
relationships among the variables. As Figure 2 shows, “the explanatory sequential design” will be used for 
this study (Creswell & Clark, 2007, p. 72). The explanatory sequential design consists of two-phase mixed 
methods. The researcher will initially conduct quantitative data collection and analysis. This quantitative 
phase is subsequently followed by qualitative data collection and analysis. The second, qualitative phase is 
designed to connect to quantitative results from the first phase.
