J has recently become a manager at YGH - a restaurant in a busy town. J is new to 
management having been a psychology student at a local university for a number of 
years. He is aware that YGH has had a number of problems with its staff behaviour in 
previous years and he wishes to understand the problems so that he can try to avoid 
similar issues reoccurring.
