The world around us has changed, and these changes are irreversible (as well
as scientific and technological progress, which is the driver of these changes), but
they will lead society and the economy to new horizons, thereby ensuring the
fusion of physical and virtual reality, transforming the production and service
sectors. The observed progress can be considered as a blessing for humanity, since
new scientific, technical and technological solutions can reduce the damage caused
by civilizational development to the environment. This, on the one hand, is true,
since modern civilization, despite the fact that it incorporates socio-economic
systems of different levels of development, has a common metareasource, the most
important for all in the form of a global natural and climatic environment, without
which our modern world-system (or supersystem) cannot exist. But on the other
hand, technologization, digitalization, electrification of creative human activity
carry certain threats. The problem is that humanity does not have a historical
experience that would make it possible to comprehend all the consequences that
take place as a result of scientific, technical and technological progress. But at the
same time, it is obvious that neither in the production, nor in the service nor in the
agricultural sector there can be any positive economic dynamics without the use of
the latest scientific achievements, and it is economic dynamics that is a measure of
the success of the development of countries and their economic sector [1].
Agricultural business is a risky business area. One year unfavorable in terms
of weather conditions and the agricultural company may suffer such large losses
that it is almost impossible to eliminate them. The agrarian business was not spared
by the trend of decreasing purchasing power of the country's population. Although
agricultural products are what a person saves on in the last turn, certain financial
difficulties could not but affect the implementation of the final product. Agrarian
policy is a set of measures aimed at the dynamic development of not only
agricultural production, but also all entrepreneurial activity in the field of
agribusiness. The priority directions of the agrarian policy should be the
improvement of the material and technical support of large agricultural complexes
and agricultural enterprises, the social development of the village, the introduction
of innovative developments and the activities of the villagers. Agribusiness can be
defined as an economic entrepreneurial activity in the system of agro-industrial
complexes, which is aimed at the production and marketing of agricultural
products. The backbone of such a business is the single market. The goal of
agribusiness is considered to maximize income by fully meeting the demand for
agricultural products. In modern economic conditions, domestic agribusiness needs
the ability to healthy competition in the domestic and foreign markets [2].
Through the digital transformation of sectors (spheres) of agriculture, it is
