of information. If lesson plans are presented in the form of slides, explained to
students with the help of video projectors and the effective use of electronic
textbooks, additional literature, images depicting specific processes, information
on the Internet on a large electronic screen, portals of information and educational
resources, knowledge and skills of users, interest increases even more. more. In
this regard, ways of developing education, increasing its efficiency are being
sought, the introduction of new pedagogical and information and communication
technologies in education today is one of the most important tasks [1].
Distance learning is one of the important results of the use of ICT in
education. Distance learning has become the most effective with the advent of
computer learning tools and telecommunication networks. The main feature of this
stage in the development of distance learning is the use of interactive training
programs and the availability of operational feedback between the student and the
teacher. Since that time, distance learning has become an important direction in the
innovative activities of universities, acquiring a variety of organizational forms
from university departments to university consortia.
Analysis of the current situation shows that the system of open and distance
education should be built on a single information space, principles and
technologies of open access to educational resources. At the same time, the
creation of a unified educational information space requires the processing of the
entire technological arsenal to support educational programs, coordinate the
activities of educational institutions. However, along with progress in the technical
equipping of educational institutions with computer and telecommunication
equipment, there is a clear lag in updating the technological educational and
methodological and the provision of educational programs. Information
technologies used in distance education can be divided into three groups:

educational information.

and the search for the optimal way to achieve it. It is in this vein that this term is
