Abstract 
This article is about some ideas and thoughts on developing young students 
’speaking skills. It explains the importance of a good command of English and what 
steps can be taken to achieve it. The article also contains information about some 
programs that teach fluency in English. The effectiveness of these programs was also 
highlighted. written with a review of many materials on the subject.

Learning foreign languages is a complex process. As we live in an ever-changing 
time. we need to know a foreign language. This requires a lot of research and hard work. 
Knowledge of English is especially important. 
Speaking a second language well is a common desire for all of us. To do this, we 
need to know what skills are required to be a good speaker. This short article will help 
you understand four important skills you need to develop: 
FLUENCY. Fluency means how comfortable and confident you are in speaking 
English. If you can talk for a long time, this is a strong fluency indicator. This is also 
to show the exact connection between each point you want to create. This skill means 
that the listener will follow what you say and will not go astray. 
VOCABULARY. Of course, if you don’t have the words to say what you want to 
say, you can’t say it. Being a good speaker means constantly increasing your 
vocabulary. The more interesting words you know, the stronger your speaking ability 
will be. The best way to increase your vocabulary wealth is to read in English and write 
down the new words you encounter in your dictionary notebook.

GRAMMAR. Grammar is important, and the fewer mistakes you make, the better 
your speaking skills will be. But don’t worry about making a mistake! A good speaker 
does not have to use perfect grammar. Of course, it’s a good idea to make sure you’ve 
mastered the basics. 
PRONUNCIATION. Pronunciation is a complex field and there are many small 
skills that can be put into practice. The basic rule is that the average speaker can speak 
and understand. A skilled speaker can use the lower abilities of pronunciation to 
emphasize and convey the communicative effect of his speech. The following 
pronunciation skills include: word and sentence accent, intonation, rhythm, and use of 
individual sounds of language. A good way to practice pronunciation is to copy! Listen 
to how someone with a good pronunciation speaks and try to imitate them as much as 
possible. 
Teaching should help you overcome your fears by turning the conversation into 
a positive and fun experience. Celebrating success and learning new vocabulary and 
phrases should be a planned and satisfying experience. Adults should speak slowly and 
clearly to facilitate pronunciation and comprehension. New words should be repeated 
frequently until students are sure they can use them for themselves. After all, most 
students need to be able to speak clearly and express their opinions in using an 
appropriate dictionary. 
The purpose of speech training communicative efficiency. Students they have to 
do it themselves their current use, understanding complete mastery. They need to 
move not to be confused in the message mispronunciation, grammar or dictionary
