Introduction:
The use of groups and teams is becom-
ing more common in organizations throughout the
world. The following assessment surveys your beliefs
about the effective use of teams in work organizations.
Instructions:
You will agree with some of the state-
ments and disagree with others. In some cases, you may
find it difficult to make a decision, but you should force
yourself to make a choice. Record your answers next to
