IT IS OBLIGATORY FOR TEACHERS: 
•
to attend all of the classes. In case a teacher will not attend a class because of some reasons (sickness, death of close people, etc.), s/he must 
declare the University administration to provide a class with a substitute teacher to conduct a lesson; 
•
to be friendly to students. A teacher must respect students’ opinions and motivate them to study; 
•
to give an individual feedback to every student; 
•
to check students’ assignments on time; 
•
to reply students’ emails on time (in their office hours) 
If a teacher fails to follow the University rules, the fine in the form of punishment will be given to a teacher.
